This Privacy Policy explains how Master 22 Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use GrantBob (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash.
• Business profile data: details you enter about your business (name, stage, industry, location, ownership, goals, prior grants, optional uploaded documents).
• Generated content: grant matches, eligibility assessments, and application drafts associated with your account.
• Usage data: log entries (e.g. discovery counts, draft counts) used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

2. How we use your information

• Operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Process your business profile through AI models to generate matches and drafts.
• Send transactional and account-related emails.
• Enforce subscription limits and process payments via our payment processor.

3. AI processing

To generate matches and drafts, we send relevant business profile fields to large language model providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI) via the Lovable AI Gateway. Providers process requests to return responses; we do not authorise providers to train models on your data. Do not paste secrets, passwords, or sensitive personal data into business profiles.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI gateway, email).
• Payment processors for billing.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual businesses, grants, and applications at any time from the app. Account deletion requests can be sent to contact@master22solutions.com.

6. Security

Data is stored with row-level security so each account can only access its own records. Communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
