These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrantBob (the "Service"), operated by Master 22 Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

GrantBob uses AI to help businesses discover potential grant opportunities, screen eligibility, and draft application content. All output is informational. Grant details, eligibility, deadlines, and amounts must be independently verified at the official source before you apply or rely on them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information in any grant application.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its AI-generated outputs.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware.

4. AI-generated content

AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or fabricated details. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before submission to a grant body. We provide no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

5. No guarantee of funding

GrantBob does not award grants and is not affiliated with any grant body. We make no representation that you will be eligible for, shortlisted for, or awarded any grant.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Free tier accounts have monthly usage limits. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and underlying software are owned by Master 22 Solutions. You retain ownership of business information you submit and of grant application content you generate and edit through the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master 22 Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost grant funding, lost revenue, or lost opportunity arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
